Firewoman Studio | Plaque - Beaver MD
Hand carved and painted Northwest Totemic created out of sustainable and upcycled wood and nontoxic paints. Created as a tool for meditation these serves as a daily mantra for spiritual goals and intentions. Each symbol represents spiritual medicine for life guidelines and helps one mentally re-program subconscious patterns through the power of their heart.
Firewoman Studios is owned by Sasa, Two Hats, and Starwalker. They are of Tsalagi, Makah, S'Klallam, and Skokomish descent as well as Dutch and French. That being said, they are aware they have had many lifehoods and are of many dimensions. Each day they walk mindfully through their day, traversing Pacha Mama, Mother Earth.
Sasa has been carving since 1990 and is mostly self taught with some apprenticeship early on with a local Native carver. Two Hats and Starwalker are apprenticing with Sasa. They paint and carve in Haida Style, and Northwest Coastal Salish style.
